How to Log into an NTB

Make sure that the NTB is connected to the network.
Ask your Network Administrator for advice if unsure.

Make sure that the NTB has power and is showing it's output on the display device.
If not then go to onelan.com/trouble and click "NO" for question 1.

Open any web-browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) in a computer that is also connected to the network.

In the "Address" bar of the web-browser, type the IP address of the NTB and press the "Enter" key.
If you do not know the address, pull the power cable out of the NTB and put it back in again.
Then wait for the address to appear on the display device.

In the browser, you will be prompted for a user name and password.
If not then go to onelan.com/trouble and click "NO" for question 1.
The factory default user name and password are "remote" and "9999".

If the user name and password are correct then you will see the NTB Home Page in the browser.
You are now connected to the NTB.
If not then go to onelan.com/trouble and click "NO" for question 2.

"Bookmark" the current page for easy retrieval in future.
