If still under warranty, we will replace it free-of-charge.
Otherwise you can buy one from us but it's cheaper and quicker to order one from an on-line distributor.

Or buy one from your local electronics supplier, it must be 12 volt, 5 amp output with 2.5 mm positive tip plug.

• The replacement cost is GBP 29.38 inclusive of 17.5% VAT (GBP 25 excl. VAT).
• NOTE! For International shipping there will be a 30 GBP shipping surcharge added on top of repair cost (totalling 55 GBP).
